It is really important for BioNetwork Consulting that the privacy of all individuals, who are in contact with us in any form, stays preserved.

By filling in and submitting the provided internet contact form or by sending BioNetwork Consulting their curriculum vitae, the sender agrees that the received data is collected and stored in our database and maybe also in the database of a co-operating consultancy and that we make use of it. Personal data is only passed on to third parties if the concerned person has expressly agreed to such an action beforehand.

The given permission to use personal data can be revoked by the concerned person at any time. The person also always has the right to demand the delete of his or her personal data from our database.

There is no legal claim for the use of personal data. BioNetwork Consulting reserves its right to delete personal data completely or partly without given reasons, as long as no existing contractual duties are infringed by this action.

BioNetwork Consulting observes the regulations of the German Federal Data Protection Act. We do not take responsibility for the observation of these standards on external websites which were linked by us. It applies for external pages, even if they were linked by us, that their providers or rather their operators are responsible for their content.
